BIO: Philip is the CEO of UXC Red Rock, the largest Oracle Consulting business in Australia and New Zealand with 9 offices and over 650 staff. Philip has a customer first philosophy. It’s this philosophy that frames his decision making, go forward strategy and employee management. Philip was the co-founder of BML & Associates, a boutique PeopleSoft consulting business which UXC Red Rock acquired in 2005. He has been part of the UXC Red Rock executive team since the acquisition, including most recently the GM for Victoria and South Australia. Philip has over 20 years’ experience in the IT services industry providing services to large corporate organizations and government agencies. BIO: Cliff Godwin is the senior vice president of applications development at Oracle, responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite. He joined Oracle in 1990 and has been a member of the Oracle Applications business senior management team for most of his time at the company.Prior to his current role, Godwin led the applications technology group responsible for ensuring that Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle E-Business Suite. Godwin holds MS degrees in mathematics and operations research from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

BIO: Dr Stefan Hajkowicz is a principal scientist at CSIRO who spends his time thinking about how people make choices and plan for an uncertain future. Trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) Stefan is one of Australia's most highly sought after public speakers in the fields of science, geography, economics, strategy and foresight. Stefan leads CSIRO Futures; a research consultancy service specialising in foresight and strategy.
Stefan is lead author of the widely publicised megatrends report 'Our Future World'. His fields of expertise cover economics, geography and decision theory. He has led projects on food security, human service delivery, environmental policy, agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, sport and the property sector. As a world class researcher he has published widely in international scientific journals and has a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) and Doctorate from the University of Queensland in Geography and a graduate diploma in economics from the University of New England.

Nayagam is a seasoned executive with a reputation for revitalising complex businesses to deliver increased shareholder value. Nadia joined Oracle back in 1991 and her main objective is to help customers understand the value that each release of the E-Business Suite brings to them. Nadia is a three-time recipient of the Oracle Applications User Group 'Ambassador of the Year' Award (2007, 2009, 2010), and received the Lifetime Service Award in 2011. Nadia has also received the UKOUG Inspiring Speaker Award (for UKOUG 2011 Conference). Nadia is the holder of a PhD in Computer Science from England.

BIO: As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle's JD Edwards product family, Lyle Ekdahl leads development, quality assurance, product management, product strategy, content engineering, quality engineering, and business development for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World applications. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Ekdahl was Vice President from 2005 to 2009, responsible for product strategy and management for the full JD Edwards product line. He became General Manager in 2009 and Senior Vice President in 2013. Mr. Ekdahl joined the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne team in 2003. Before joining Oracle's JD Edwards team, Mr. Ekdahl held executive and management positions at Siebel Systems, Scopus Technology, Platinum Software, and ChannelPoint. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Ekdahl also has held product development, product management, marketing, analysis, and operations positions in several other global high technology companies. Mr. Ekdahl holds a business economics degree from the University of Washington.
